This position involves assisting customers, in person or on the phone, with their HVAC needs, processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a family friendly work environment.
Essential Functions and Qualifications include:
- Common sense mechanical ability
- ANY HVAC INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, A PLUS
- Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Must be passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction
- Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with contractors, vendors and employees
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
