My husband and I are new to the Harrisburg, PA area and we have been renovating an apartment – installing a new kitchen and bathroom. Our contractor suggested that we work through Fagers for the items we needed. Of course, as in any renovation, there are challenges and changes. I wanted to commend your employee, Amanda Berry, for the incredible customer service that she has provided over the past couple of weeks. Amanda is kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. Any questions that we have asked her, she has willingly explored solutions and made suggestions to aide us in completing our project. I particularly appreciate her follow through in tracking shipments and keeping us up to date. I know that talented employees are an employer's treasure. Sasha, Thanks so much for your help on our new home! The In-2-ition shower heads, single handle faucets, comfort lever toilets, quiet close lids….they're all perfect. Quite a change from our previous 70's era home. I enjoyed working with you and appreciate your selection advice. I told Jeff that I would give up indoor plumbing for hardwood floors if need be.
