Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Camp Hill, PA

Position Summary:
The Financial Reporting Manager will own the consolidated financial reporting for RF Fager and all future acquired subsidiaries. In addition, they will lead the tracking and analysis of supply chain performance metrics to drive efficiency improvements. This is a highly visible, hands-on role critical to supporting our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidated Financial Reporting:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting across all companies and branches.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting standards.
- Maintain and enhance consolidation models, eliminating intercompany transactions and standardizing reporting for acquired businesses.
- Prepare reporting packages for senior management, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate annual audit deliverables and manage relationships with external auditors.
Acquisition Integration:
- Build and implement standardized financial reporting processes for newly acquired companies.
- Support onboarding of acquired finance teams
- Assist with purchase accounting and financial statement integration.
Supply Chain Analysis:
- Analyze trends and work with supply chain and purchasing teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Support system enhancements and upgrades related to financial reporting and analytics.
- Assist with special projects, including M&A activities, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a multi-entity or growth-stage environment.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and consolidation accounting.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
- Experience with ERP systems a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
